Shipping Policy
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers worldwide, ensuring the highest level of responsiveness at all times.
The order delivery timeframe is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for shipping within 1–3 business days of order placement.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to their destination. Delivery to Germany typically takes 7–12 days, to Slovenia 11–17 days, and to the USA 9–15 days. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 15–25 days to arrive at their destination, but this may occasionally take longer.
Due to exceptional circumstances with logistics providers caused by COVID-19, there may be a 3–5 day delay in processing your order.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipping email with a tracking link so you can follow your order all the way to your home! Please allow 5–7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you attempt to track your package and no information is available, it means the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. Once the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will appear on the tracking page.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Ensure you provide the correct address at checkout, as we are not responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address.
If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and request to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if the parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged.
Orders marked “delivered” by the courier: Please contact your local post office or the courier to obtain information about your package. For assistance, contact our Customer Service at info@mrpetbite.com.
